WHat our students say about us

Harsha Haridas

Symphony music institute was a huge part of my childhood. More than students we were like family and I have some of my happiest memories at the institute. I couldn't have asked for a better dance teacher than Sujatha Ma'am, my teacher, mentor and the one who introduced dance to me in all its beauty. She continues to inspire me to this day. All the best to Sham sir, ma'am and the whole team for all future endeavors.

Anne Amie
(Singer/Performer, Voice Artist)

Symphony Music Institute - Where it all began 🙂 I started singing at the age of 7, and there couldn’t have been a better place than Symphony Music Institute to have started my musical journey. I still remember how Sham uncle recognised the talent in me and encouraged me to go solo at a church event in Sharjah. I was so nervous and requested that I be accompanied by at least one more person and he just smiled his warm and kind smile, as always, and agreed. On d-day there were three of us in white frocks, singing the Christian devotional song ‘Aaradhicheedaam’ on stage, thus paving the way for what was to become my biggest passion and a full-time career. I thank you Sham uncle, and Symphony Music Institute for everything. Right from the music and dance lessons to instilling confidence in me to take the first step into the beautiful world of performing arts. I am forever indebted.

Dr Shikha Shaji

It was my greatest privilege to be a part of symphony music institute. A place filled with lots of love, music and art. I received training in various classical dance forms for almost 12 years under Sujatha mam. A very dedicated teacher with innovative thoughts and ideas who is not just a teacher but a mentor and a friend to her fellow students. I couldn’t think of a better place than Symphony where I could have received appropriate technical training, motivation and encouragement to confidently perform the way I do today. I am forever thankful to Symphony and its faculty for their support, handwork and belief in me.

Mrs. Rashmi Praveen

The long bus rides with my friends, the eager anticipation about which new adavu was Sujata ma'am going to teach us, praying we wouldn't be the ones caught not sitting in ara-mandalam by her, running to the water can to quench our thirsts during quick breaks, endless months of practice for annual day functions, and the tired ride back home are some of the many wonderful memories that I have about Symphony. I cherish the relationships I made from this Institute, and the foundational lessons I received from the teachers her for singing, dancing, keyboard and drawing. I am yet to find one place that is as focused, and dedicated about the students growth in their chosen field of performing arts. They will forever have a place in my heart!

Mst. Pranav Chandra

I thank the music staffs at symphony institute for guiding me and helping me hone my piano skills. I give credits to Mr. Swikar for helping me score 91% in grade 7 piano exam held by Trinity college London! It was a massive feat and I couldn’t have done it without his guidance 👏
